  1. Steve Moran - President and CEO

    In September 2014, Mr. Steve Moran became President and CEO of Corridor Resources Inc. Mr. Moran has 30 years of varied oil and gas exploration and production experience, with leadership roles in both private and public companies.

    Previous to Corridor, Mr. Moran was President and CEO of Bellamont Exploration Ltd., a TSXV listed oil and gas exploration company that he co-founded in 2006 and which amalgamated with Storm Resources Ltd. in March 2012. During that time, Bellamont grew production and reserves from zero to 2,400 BOE/D and 13.655 million BOE respectively, to a net present value of $165 million (@NPV10%). The compound annual per share growth of cash flow, production and reserves was 19%, 42% and 32% respectively from 2007 to 2011.

    Prior to Bellamont, Mr. Moran was Vice President, Land of Monolith Oil Corp., a private oil and gas company. From its single equity issue in November 1999, Monolith grew to a production level greater than 3000 BOE/D, when it was sold to Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd in 2003. Ultimately, when considering the sale proceeds realized from the sale to Petrobank and dividends, the shareholders of Monolith realized gross proceeds in excess of $68.0 million, on a total shareholder equity capital of $2.3 million, resulting in a total annual compound rate of return (or IRR) of 133%.

    Mr. Moran graduated from Acadia University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

  2. Lisette F. Hachey - Chief Financial Officer

    In April 2006, Lisette Hachey became the Chief Financial Officer of Corridor Resources Inc. Ms. Hachey has 25 years of varied experience  including over 15 years of financial reporting experience with publicly traded companies. From 2001 to 2006, Ms. Hachey worked in the roles of Manager of Accounting, Assistant Controller and Controller with Emera Inc. and its subsidiaries Emera Energy Inc. and Nova Scotia Power Inc. From 1989 to1997, she worked with Ernst & Young focusing on audit related services for clients in several industries including mining, leasing, construction, transportation and telecommunications industries. Ms. Hachey received her Chartered Accountant designation in 1991.

  3. Dr. Tom Martel - Chief Geologist

    Dr. Martel completed a B.Sc. (Hons) in geology from Dalhousie University in 1979. He was employed by TransCanada Pipeline Ltd. as a petrophysicist and reservoir geologist (1981 to 1983) and subsequently by the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources as a petroleum geologist (1983 to 1986). He returned to Dalhousie University and completed a Ph.D. on lake and continental sedimentology and stratigraphy in 1990. After a year of teaching at St. Francis Xavier University, Dr. Martel was awarded a N.A.T.O Post-Doctoral Fellowship to Oxford University to study tidal sedimentation in the European Alps. Following the fellowship, he lectured at Oxford (1993) and then returned to Halifax where he taught at Dalhousie University (1994-1995).

    In 1995 he was hired as an Assistant Professor of Research at Dalhousie University to work on the hydrogeology and sedimentology within Carboniferous coal-bearing formations in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.  He began consulting to Corridor in June 1995 before being hired on full time in 1998.
