Corridor Announces Conditional Listing on TSX

Halifax, Nova Scotia, April 3, 2006: - Corridor Resources Inc. (CDH - TSX-V) (the "Corporation") announced today that it has received conditional approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") to list its common shares on the TSX, subject to Corridor fulfilling all of the requirements of the TSX on or before June 20, 2006.

It is expected that the common shares will be listed and begin trading on the TSX at the opening of trading on or about Monday, April 17, 2006, assuming fulfillment of all TSX requirements. Corridor's common shares will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange at the close of trading on the date immediately preceding such date. The common shares will continue to trade under the stock symbol "CDH".
