Halifax, Nova Scotia, February 14, 2006: - Corridor Resources Inc. (CDH - TSX-V) (the "Corporation") announced today that that all of its outstanding 2,258,065 warrants were exercised on or prior to their expiry date of February 10, 2006, for total proceeds of $4,290,323.
The warrants, with an exercise price of $1.90 per share, were issued as part of an offering of Units by Corridor pursuant to a private placement which closed on February 10, 2005. The proceeds will be used for ongoing drilling activities in the McCully natural gas field in New Brunswick.
