Halifax, Nova Scotia, December 29, 2000: Corridor Resources Inc. (CDH - CDNX) announced today that it has closed the Flow Through share financing announced on December 15th and 19th, 2000. Four million Flow Through shares were sold at a price of $1.10 per share, raising a total of $4,400,000. The funds will be utilized for exploration seismic and drilling in 2001, primarily in the Sussex area, southeast New Brunswick.
It is anticipated that the equity financing of one million shares at $1.00 per share also announced on December 15th, 2000, will close on Friday, January 5, 2001.
StephenAvenue Securities Inc. of Calgary, Alberta is acting as the agent with respect to the financing.
