The external Directors of Corridor Resources Inc. consist of the following individuals:

J. Douglas Foster - Chairman/Director
Director of Corridor since 1998

Mr. Foster is a partner of Bennett Jones LLP in the corporate/commercial department and has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, and corporate debt and equity financings in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Foster received a BBA (1979) and an LLB (1981) from the University of New Brunswick and an LLM in corporate law from New York University (1982).

Norman W. Miller - Director
Director of Corridor since the startup in 1995

Mr. Miller is a native Nova Scotian, having graduated in science from Dalhousie University in 1962 and in Mining Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia in 1964. Throughout his working career he has been involved in the upstream end of the petroleum industry in Western Canada, Atlantic Canada and internationally. He was initially employed by Shell and was involved with Shell's exploration programs off Canada's west and east coasts in the late 1960's and early 1970's. His experience includes employment with Natomas in Indonesia and with Petro-Canada in Calgary. For most of the 1980's he was president of E.P.I. Resources Ltd., and N.W. Miller & Associates Ltd., petroleum consulting firms based in Calgary, Alberta. From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Miller led LASMO's Nova Scotia based team in the development and initial production of the Cohasset / Panuke oilfields offshore Nova Scotia. In 1995, Mr. Miller and associates founded Corridor Resources Inc., to explore for and produce oil and natural gas in Eastern Canada. Mr. Miller retired as President and CEO of Corridor in September 2010 and currently remains as a member of the Board of Directors.

Martin Fraess-Ehrfeld - Director
Director of Corridor since June 2011

Mr. Martin Fraess-Ehrfeld is a partner with The Children's Investment Fund Management (UK) LLP ("TCI"), based in London, UK and brings considerable energy investment experience and expertise to the Corridor Board.

W.C. (Mike) Seth - Director
Director with Corridor since 2006

Mr. Seth is an independent consultant who recently retired as President and Managing Director of McDaniel and Associates Consultants Ltd., having been with the firm for over 37 years. Mr. Seth is an expert in the field of reservoir engineering and analysis and is well known and respected in both the oil and gas industry and investment community. Mr. Seth was a member of the Counsel of APEGGA and also served on the Enforcement Review Committee and the Practice Standards Committee - oil and gas evaluations. He graduated with a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from the University of British Columbia in 1966. Mr. Seth is also a director of Connacher Oil and Gas Limited (TSX: CLL), Enerplus Resources Fund (TSX: ERT.UN) and Triton Energy Corp. (TSXV: EPH).

Achille E. Desmarais - Director
Director with Corridor since 2006

Mr. Desmarais is a chartered accountant and a chartered financial analyst and an independent consultant. Prior to becoming a consultant in 2003, Mr. Desmarais was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec specializing in the energy sector, oil and gas, pipelines and public utilities for more than 14 years. Mr. Desmarais received his chartered financial analyst designation in 1984 and chartered accountant designation in 1974.

Robert D. Penner - Director
Director with Corridor since 2006

Mr. Penner is a chartered accountant and independent consultant. Prior to becoming a consultant, Mr. Penner was a senior tax partner with KPMG LLP, where he worked since 1979 where he focused primarily on providing advisory services on taxation and related matters. Mr. Penner received his chartered accountant designation in 1977 in Alberta and 1971 in Manitoba and graduated from the University of Manitoba with a chartered account degree in 1971. Mr. Penner is also a director of Stormcat Energy Corporation (AMEX, TSXV: SME), Sustainable Energy Technologies Ltd. (TSXV: STG) and Terra Energy Corp. (TSXV: TTR).
